The ReStOre app was developed to compliment the Rehabilitation Strategies following Oesophagogastric Cancer (ReStOre) trial at St James’s Hospital. Dublin. ReStOre involves 12 weeks of supervised and home based exercise, nutritional advice and patient education to assist recovery following oesophageal cancer treatment.
Developed in conjunction with the team of physiotherapists and dieticians in St James this app allows users to receive their home based exercise and nutritional advice on their devices.
The app provides you with high quality HD videos of your rehab exercises as prescribed by the team at St. James Hospital. All exercises have been filmed in line with best-practice in e-learning. There is no more guesswork whether your technique is correct as you can perform the exercises along with our professionally trained models. This helps ensure the proper technique is maintained throughout.
The Salaso app is innovative and visually engaging. You can track your progress with interactive rating scales and charts for personal goal-setting, recording your maximum heart rate, duration of time spent exercising, exercise completion, exercise effort and pain. Feel empowered and in control of your recovery.
